Delta Electronics made a significant impact at this year’s AHR Expo in Orlando, Florida, from February 10-12. The event saw over 1,800 exhibitors, 350 speakers, and 50,000 attendees, all coming together to explore the latest advancements in HVAC, building technologies, and energy efficiency. Delta, a leader in intelligent building solutions, showcased its comprehensive approach to creating smarter, more efficient buildings with its Delta Intelligent Building Technology (IBT) solutions.

Delta’s presence at the show focused on tackling some of the biggest challenges in building management today—rising energy costs, complex system integration, security risks, and the need to ensure occupant comfort and health. With its DeltaIBT solutions, the company showcased how smart technology integration can create a fully connected building that optimizes energy efficiency, strengthens security, and enhances the well-being of those inside.

This year’s booth attracted significant attention as the company showcased a range of integrated solutions from its key partners—Delta Controls, LOYTEC, and Delta’s business groups Fans and
Thermal Management and Industrial Automation— all designed to enhance not only smart building management capabilities but also industrial automation and residential solutions. The demonstrations highlighted how Delta’s technology seamlessly integrates across various building systems to optimize performance and reduce energy consumption. Key products featured among these solutions included the L-VIS, UNOslim, enteliPREM, enteliVIEW, Amerlux linear lighting, VIVOTEK people-counting cameras, and more.

To showcase its vision for the future, Delta also hosted an exclusive media gathering, giving journalists from top publications the opportunity to meet with DeltaIBT CEOs Chuck Campagna and John Nicholls. In this session, they unveiled the launch of Delta’s Intelligent Building Technologies and provided a clear roadmap of the company’s strategic direction. The gathering proved to be an essential moment for the media to gain firsthand insight into Delta’s plans for smart building solutions integrations, highlighting the company’s unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and leadership in the industry.

In addition to highlighting its business goals and capabilities, Delta held a highly engaging workshop led by Dan Cremins, Senior Business Development Manager at Delta’s Building Automation (BSABD) division, that became one of the major highlights of the event. In this session, Cremins demonstrated

how real-time occupancy data could dramatically improve energy management in buildings. Using VIVOTEK cameras for occupancy counting and LOYTEC’s LIOB controllers for integration. The systems automatically adjust based on real-time occupancy, ensuring energy is used efficiently.

Delta’s participation in this year’s AHR Expo reaffirmed its leadership in the smart building space, with its cutting-edge technology and commitment to sustainability paving the way for the future of building management. With innovations in energy optimization, advanced security, and integrated building systems customized to fit the needs of various industries—from healthcare to commercial real estate to Data Centers, Delta is helping to shape the smart, connected buildings of tomorrow.
